Store credit is allowed within five calendar days from delivery.
Example: Delivery confirmed 09/01/2018 last date to request a store credit is 09/05/2018.

When shipping an order back allow 5-7 business days for warehouse processing once item has been received. Please ensure to get tracking for an order that you are sending back to us for your own records. Once the store credit has been processed we'll send an email in regards to the amount available minus any shipping fees applied to original order.
Merchandise must be in original unworn and unaltered condition with all attachments. If a item shows any signs of wear we will return to sender and consider the sale final.

All domestic orders will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days via USPS. There is currently no expedited shipping offered. All updates on an order are provided by USPS or our track order link.
Allow at least 24 hours for USPS to update once you’ve received shipping confirmation.
*All international orders may require extra handling.
*Exclude all holidays in which shipping delays may occur which is out of our control due to carrier.
*During peak seasons there may be shipping delays for example: Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas.

Please ensure to contact your local postal service within 10 days if the delivery is missed. If an order is shipped back to us due to missed delivery attempts Mi Armour will charge to resend the order.
